Rebekah  and Katie have over 20 years combined experience of working in many industries including Media Sales,  Advertising, Public Relations, Human Resources, International TV Channels and the Professional Services industry.

Working as senior level PA’s, Office Managers and Event Organisers they have all the skills you need to keep your business running smoothly.

Rebekah created Urban Assistant in 2008 in order to provide flexible and affordable office solutions to businesses and individuals in a financially difficult time. Her goal has always been to provide high level Social Media Management and PA support to every client.

After a very busy Christmas party season, Urban Assistant expanded the events side of the business and is now working with Katie Dent, Event Organiser extraordinaire, providing bespoke events for all budgets. Katie has extensive experience in conference planning, senior client events, team building events, corporate and private party planning and venue search.  She has organised events across the UK and Europe, Barbados, Cannes, Dubai, New York and Ibiza.

Rebekah is a member of  The UK Association of Virtual Assistants, The Institute of Professional Administrators and The Institute of PA’s and Legal Secretaries.
